Ticket System Web App
A modern ticketing system built with Blazor Server and SQL Server, featuring real-time communication via SignalR and complete department-based access control.
The Ticket System allows employees to create, assign, and transfer support tickets across multiple departments. It supports attachment uploads, role-based permissions, and department dashboards to monitor ticket statuses in real time.
The key challenge was managing ticket flow between departments with full history tracking and ensuring each role has only the necessary permissions, without performance bottlenecks.
Using Blazor Server for interactive UI, Entity Framework Core for ORM, and SignalR for real-time alerts, the system provides a smooth and responsive user experience.
